You can apply for a PF loan account by providing the basic requirements of valid identification documents such as ID cards. However, for the second account, you also need to clear your fist loan amount before you can apply again. Basically, you can only get the load between the 3rd and the 6th year of opening your account which means that you cannot get the loan immediately after applying.
