difference between MLA,MP and MLC? how do their duties differ?

ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION

MLA - Member of the Legislative Assembly Elected to State assembly and is part of the body which passes bills and governs the state.

MP - Member of Parliament Elected to parliament and is part of body (parliament) which passes laws and governs the country

MLC - member of legislative council. This is a body indirectly elected by MLA's part of state body legislative council also known as VIdhan parishad which is similar to Rajyasabha at center. They can only approve / reject bills but not pass them.

Only State assembly or MLA's have the power to pass the bill.
