Like being a barmaid etc. or any other experience that qualify They also need to know how well you work in a team, so think of some examples of teamwork, what part you played in that team, and how that helped the team achieve something. Also can you sell. They will probly put you in a role play situation where you have to either promote online banking and / or sell something like a loan. You need to show you can handle the customers objection and tell them how it might benefit them. Dont worry they wont expect you to have any real product knowledge. [/b]
