ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION no one will give you that information officially. just try to find if it is a vodafone or airtel number... you can then try to go to their store where they accept bill payments and request them to give it. Tell them some story that they are harassing you and hopefully they will help you give the owner of that number... or just bribe them :)
