Answer :Actually, you can always visit Tirupati Tirumala at any day of the month. However, I believe that the best day to visit this site is October 20th to avoid being with students also visiting the site. You can also visit it between the last week of September and the first week of October. You have to expect many visitors too during weekends as well as December.
