what is burstable ram? i have seen this term used in webhosting?

ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION Burstable RAM comes in to picture when you are using VPS (VIrtual Private server) hosting. Well every VPS comes with a certain configuration like Processor/RAM/Bandwidth/Disp Space So if your website is using more RAM and if there is any free RAM avaiable on the hosted server.. it will be alloted to your website for usage. its something like Subject to availability :). It means Its your share of RAM plus addiional RAM if available
