when was the nehru rozgar yojana launched for the benefit of the urban poor ?

Answer :Nehru Rojgar Yojana or Sampoorna Gameen Rojgar Yojana was a scheme meant to generate provisions of employment for rural poor. Pancahayati Raj Institutions are the primary body to implement these schemes. It was launched on 25th September, 2011 by then Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
