will Japan's nuclear Disasters have any affect on India's plans to pursue its plans for going ahead with setup of Nuclear Power Plants?

Well Primminister Manmohan singh said India will continue its plans for nuclear power but the risks involved and the required safeguards will be carefully studied. I think the Opposition will definately make it a point to raise concerns on this issue and try to put pressure on government to pursure more safer and environment friendly energy resources. But as of now india plans to go ahead with the N-power plants.
