why most of the polician are either Rich or richest and why they are not Poor?

Answer :Most politicians are rich -- because -- their position and role offers more chances for them to get money from people --even without the politician asking people do go and pour money to them. at the same time we have had politicians like K Kamaraj, Kakkan, Shastri who did not become rich because they had values and confining themselves within the orbit. They were not taking money or favours from the people. Right now even if a good person is made to lead the town/city/state he will soon become corrupt and amass wealth out of compulsion of peers and compulsion of family members.
